□ Job Description

○ COO

- Oversees the operational functions of Aluminum die-casting/fabrication process for automobile industry

- Strategic, organizational, and administrative leadership to the day-to-day operations, production

- Cost Management, Product Defect Control

 

○ HR Specialist

- Help guide employees through human resources procedures and answer questions about an

organization's policies

- Administer benefits, process payroll, and handle associated questions or problems

- Recruitment, Employee Training, Legal matters

 

○ Procurement Specialist

- Ensures that the company's materials and products meet all of their specifications

- Locate key suppliers and negotiate purchasing agreements with them on behalf of clients to get higher

quality goods at the lowest prices possible

 

□ Office Location

○ 1777 Gears Rd Houston Texas 77067

 

□ Qualifications

○ Must have understanding about automobile manufacturing/assembly process

○ 5 years + experience in the aluminum die-casting auto parts

○ Korean & English Bi-lingual is a plus

○ Citizen, Permanent Residency

○ 1 month training at the HQ in Korea is required

 

□ Payroll

○ $80,000∼$100,000(gross)
